Returns Policy
RETURN’S POLICY
We understand that sometimes purchases are not quite right. We are happy to accept your return if you change you mind within 30 days of receiving your order. The returned items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging* All tags attached to receive a refund or store credit. Refunds and store credits are only available for items purchased at full price.
*Robes to be returned in Original Shipping Bag only, box not required.
*Girls Get Off products to be returned in the Original Box, Unused, and Original Shipping Bag.
We do not accept returns outside of our 30 day return policy. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged in any way. Please take care when trying on garments as we do not accept items that have any marks, stains or odours including perfume and makeup.
Any return items received that are not in original condition will be shipped back to you at customer's cost.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked as: FINAL SALE, NO EXCHANGE, NO RETURNS, are not eligible to be returned or exchanged for any reason.
GIVEAWAY’S
We do not accept returns on items won through a giveaway. Items won through a giveaway are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. All prizes are final.
SHIPPING
All Orders Over $100 will Receive Free Shipping.
Express Shipping and International Shipping Incur an Additional Fee.
For deliveries within Australia we use an Australia Post courier for express and standard deliveries. Delivery times that are listed are an estimate only.
By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that Bourbon St is not liable for any delay in delivery.
DUTIES AND TAXES
International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Bourbon St reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.

RETURN SHIPPING
To initiate a return please email us at hello@bourbonst.com.au and include your Full Name, Order Number, Name and size of the original Item you’re exchanging, and the New name and size you’re wanting. We will provide you with all the information needed to complete your return in an email response.
If you have requested a return and have not received a reply within 48 hours please check your junk. Please note return shipping is at the customers expense. We recommend you ship your items back via trackable mail as we are not liable for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
STORE CREDITS
Store credits are valid for 12 months
RETURNS TIMELINE
Once we receive your return, we will inspect its condition and notify you via email if your return has been accepted. We aim to process all returns within 7 business days of receiving your item. If your return is approved you will be issued a store credit or your refund will be applied to the original payment method used to purchase. Please note that it can take some time for banks and credit card companies to process your refund.
COST
Please note the cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Bourbon St will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
FAULTY ITEMS
We aim to provide you with beautiful, high quality products. If you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, please contact us via email at hello@bourbonst.com.au as soon as you receive your order.
In the email please include your name, order number and information, and images of the damage, defect or fault in the product. The item will then need to be shipped back to us to inspect the product for faults.
After inspecting the product, we will either confirm or deny a manufacturing fault or defect. If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault we will replace the product. If the product is not deemed faulty we will ship the product back to you at customers cost.
Bourbon St will not offer return or repair for items where fault or damage has been caused by the wearing of, or incorrect care of any item.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once your order has been placed online, you cannot cancel the order. We are also unable to cancel an order, or stop an order from being dispatched on your request. If you have incorrectly placed an order, please refer to our returns policy.
